Trump has began to fulfil some of the promises he made when he was still a candidate. |
Many called it a Muslim ban but Trump has since unceremoniously tweeted that the masses can call it what ever they want.
As if that was not enough, the US president now seems to have put relationship with longtime ally, Australia, in jeopardy following his call to the Prime-Minister of Australia, Malcolm Turnbull, earlier today(Thursday).
CNN reported that Trump had phoned Turnbull
to discuss a deal to allow for over 1200 refugees to come into the States from far-away away Australia made by the Obama Administration.
It is believed Trump is "unbelievably disappointed" with the deal calling it a "dumb deal" and so wants out on it.
However, things didn't go smoothly with Prime-Minister Turnbull and the call scheduled for 1-hour was ended abruptly after just 25 minutes. In fact, rumour has it Trump was the one who hung-up.
Renowned novelist, Stephen King, is one of many who feels Trump took things too far and perhaps doesn't have the temperament to be President of the United States.
He slammed Trump in his latest tweet calling him an "Impulsive, bad-tempered idiot"
It remains to be seen however if Trump- known to be hyperactive active on Twitter- will reply to King's tweet.
